Udabno Regenerative Farm
2016Udabno is a pioneer in regenerative agriculture in Georgia, committed to sustainable and ethical practices that enhance the local ecosystem. Spanning over 20,000 hectares and home to more than one million trees, the farm embraces a minimal-intervention philosophy — observing and nurturing natural processes rather than imposing change. Through this approach, Udabno leads the way in building a resilient and ecologically balanced agricultural future, while also sharing its philosophy through a shop in Tbilisi.
Udabno Caravan
2016Udabno Caravan offers a unique experience for those seeking simplicity and connection with the natural world. Set within the vast, mysterious landscapes of Udabno’s lands, the caravans invite guests into a retreat that strips life down to its essentials. This is not about withdrawing from the world, but rather entering into a deep dialogue with the earth. Through minimalistic design and an immersive environment, Udabno Caravan encourages reflection and reconnection, offering an opportunity to embrace a life free from the distractions of modern life.
Production
2016Udabno is home to a substantial and diverse range of on-site production facilities, where agricultural and artisanal processes come together to support a fully integrated supply chain. The site hosts the region’s first almond-processing plant, which handles the full cycle from shelling to producing almond oil and flour, serving both in-house needs and other local farmers. Dairy products are made on-site at a dedicated cheese facility using milk from Udabno’s herds. A modern slaughterhouse ensures humane and hygienic meat processing aligned with contemporary standards. Additional production includes beekeeping for honey, mushroom cultivation, and a year-round greenhouse for vegetables and herbs. Udabno also operates a clay lab working with local raw materials, a wood workshop that supports on-site construction, and a stone-processing unit that transforms natural rock and gravel for use in concrete and building projects.
Farm to Table
2016Adjara Group’s farm-to-table concept is rooted in the commitment to sourcing directly from its farmland, ensuring freshness, traceability, and sustainability across all its restaurants. From dairy to grains, every ingredient tells the story of its origin. Udabno Farm supplies a wide variety of fresh and aged dairy products, from cheese to sour cream, yogurt and butter, all integrated into the company's kitchens. It also provides free-range, grass-fed beef, lamb, pork, and chicken eggs, supporting a broad range of culinary uses. Year-round greenhouse cultivation yields herbs, leafy greens, and vegetables that serve as the foundation for seasonal menus, while additional offerings like honey, almonds, and almond-based vegan products enhance the company’s ingredient diversity.
The Shop
2024To bring regeneration closer to people and make its philosophy more tangible, Udabno has opened its first shop in Tbilisi.
